Thursday was another day to relax. I took a walk to the lake and decided to go swimming with my floating noodles.
The water was extreemly cold. I swam almost half of the lake. I reached the logs in the middle of the lake where I took a nice long rest. I then got back into the water and swam back. After drying off and thawing out, I pumped some water and ate lunch on the log. I then hiked back up to the Fire Lookout to take a look at the mountain. It was a nice day at the Knob. I stayed for the sunset which was quite nice. But even better, Mars was in full view. I took a few 15 second pictures then stitched them together to total a 1 minute and 15 second picture. There was also a fire near Longmire that is in the picture just below Mars. Well, Maybe a few light years atleast. Unfortunatly my digicam can't caputure for longer than 15 seconds.
